SMOOTHIE KIWIFRUIT - BANANA

Preparation time : 10 min

No cooking

Ingredients for 4 people : 5 kiwifruits, 1 banana, the juice of 1 lime, 4 soupspoons of liquid honey.

Peel the kiwifruit and the banana and chop them into rounds. Put them in a mixer bowl and add the lime juice and honey. Mix until smooth and pour into glasses.

 
 
 
 

STUFFED KIWIFRUITS WITH SEAFOOD TARTARE

Preparation time : 15 min
No cooking

Ingredients (4 people) : 4 kiwifruits, 50g of crab meat, 50g of peeled prawns, juice of half a lime, 1 soupspoon of mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper.

Cut the tops off the kiwifruit and remove one third of the flesh. Save the flesh in a bowl and dice into small pieces.

Add the flaked crab and the thinly-sliced prawns to the kiwifruit pulp. Season with salt and pepper, moisten with lime juice and add the spoonful of mayonnaise. Mix and use to fill the hollowed-out kiwifruits. Serve cold.

 
 
 

MILLE-FEUILLE OF KIWIFRUIT AND PAN-FRIED FOIE GRAS


Ingredients (6 people) :
3 kiwifruit, 5 slices of fresh duck foie gras, salt, 1 coffee spoon of grated ginger, ground pepper.

Preparation :
Peel the kiwifruit with a sharp knife and cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Set aside.
Cut each slice of duck foie gras into two. Season both sides with pepper and salt. Heat a pan on high heat and sear the slices of foie gras for on minute on each side. Set aside on a very hot plate while you prepare the kiwifruit.
Brown the kiwifruit in the fat from the foie gras, and add the grated ginger, keeping back a few slivers for decoration. Cook for 3 minutes, turning half-way through so that the kiwifruit don't soften too much.
Use small individual saucers and alternate slices of kiwifruit and foie gras. Decorate with a few slivers of ginger. Serve immediately.

 
 
 

HEALTHY SALAD WITH KIWIFRUIT


Preparation : 10 mn
No cooking

Ingredients for 4 people : 4 kiwifruit, 1 banana, 100g strawberries, 4 dried apricots, 15 red and white grapes, 2 soupspoons of orgeat syrup, 1 soupspoon of grated coconut.

Peel the kiwifruit and the banana and chop them into rounds.
Wash and hull the strawberries and cut them in two.
Wash the grapes and remove the stalks. Cut the dried apricots into four.
Cut the apple into four, remove the core and slice thinly.

Put all the prepared fruit into a salad bowl, moisten with orgeat syrup and sprinkle with coconut. Mix.
